Every design is made specifically for you, so refunds work like this.

Before I start

If you cancel before you submit the project form, you get a full refund.

After I start

Once I’ve started your design, the work is underway, and I can’t offer a refund. Your included revisions are there to get the design right.

If I can’t deliver on time

If I can’t complete your order within the delivery time listed for your package:

• If fewer than two revisions have been completed, you get a full refund.
• If two or more revisions have been completed, you get a 50% refund.

Delays caused by waiting for your files, photos, or feedback don’t count as late delivery.

If I can’t complete your order

If I’m unable to finish your order for any reason on my side, we’ll go with the rules above.

Revisions

Each package includes a set number of revisions. Changing the whole direction after the first version may count as a new design.

How to ask for a refund

Message Aayushi on LinkedIn with your name and order details. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
