The Stargaze Branding (“I”, “me”, “my”) respects your privacy. This page explains what I collect, why, and what your choices are.

What I collect

• At checkout: your name, email, billing address, and phone number (if the checkout asks for it).
• In the project form: details about you and your work, plus any photos, logos, or files you send.
• Messages: what you send me by email or LinkedIn about your order.
• Cart: package selections and quantities are saved in your browser’s local storage. This site does not currently use analytics.

Payments

Payments are processed by PayPal. I never see or store your full card details.

How I use your information

• To design your order and deliver your files.
• To contact you about your order and answer your questions.
• To keep the checkout secure and prevent fraud.
• To improve my website and services.
• To send my newsletter, only if you’ve signed up for it.

Your photos and files

I use your photos and files only to design your order. I won’t share them publicly without your permission. I will ask for your permission before showing your finished design in my portfolio or on LinkedIn.

Who I share it with

I don’t sell your personal information. I only share it with the tools needed to run the service, such as payment, email, and file-storage providers, and when the law requires it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask me to access, correct, or delete the personal information I hold about you. Message me on LinkedIn and I’ll reply within 30 days. I may need to confirm your identity first.

Marketing emails

If you subscribe to my newsletter or marketing emails, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the email. You’ll still receive order and project emails.

Browser storage and cookies

This site saves your cart in local storage on your device. PayPal and LinkedIn may use their own cookies when you visit them. Blocking local storage may prevent your cart from surviving a refresh. No analytics cookies are added by this site.

International use

I’m based in India. Your information may be processed in India and in other countries where my payment, email, and storage providers operate.

How long I keep it

I keep your order details as long as needed to run my business, handle any issues and meet legal requirements. You can ask me to delete your data any time, unless I’m required to keep it.

Security

I take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no online system is perfectly secure. Please don’t send sensitive details such as card numbers by email or LinkedIn.

Age

My services are for adults. I don’t knowingly collect information from children.

My site links to LinkedIn and other sites. I’m not responsible for how they handle your information, so please read their policies.

Changes

I may update this policy. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date at the top.
